ummer camps is a project that was born in 2021 to create an innovative solution designed by industry experts to simplify the management of a summer center.
Since its inception, the project has been designed for the cloud and is hosted for all our customers on Azure.
Results
In 2022 the project received a series of updates and today covers all the typical needs of a center manager such as:

- Payment security: application integrated with the NEXI payment system;
- Possibility of «opening» reservations with promotions before the actual opening of the centre;
- Possibility of leaving the parent the possibility of paying at the centre;
- Sending communications via email or SMS;
- Integration for contract digitization with the Yousign platform;
- Real-time booking tracking;
- Document area
In the customer area, the manager can configure the configuration of his center on the basis of his specific needs, through our support.

Parents are guided through a wizard in which they proceed to enter both the personal data and documents of the children as well as their own.
The booking process is guided on a single page where the parent selects:
- The chosen period;
- The payment method;
- The parent signs the contract online and once the payment is completed, the booking is complete.
Access from Tablet to allow parents to sign in and out of children on a signature pad.
