PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTE FOR CONTACT FORM

PURSUANT TO AND FOR THE EFFECTS OF EU REGULATION 2016/679 (”GDPR”)

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the current legislation on the processing of personal data, defined in accordance with the provisions contained in EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 and the national legislation in force (hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that the processing of the data provided or otherwise acquired will take place in full compliance with fundamental freedoms, always adopting principles inspired by correctness, lawfulness and transparency, and for purposes not exceeding the purposes of the collection, in order to guarantee the protection and confidentiality of the data themselves .

1 – Purpose of data processing

We inform you that the personal data voluntarily provided will be processed only for the information request service and will allow us to answer your questions.
The processing of your data will be carried out on the basis of the consent you have given us, after having carefully read this information note and ticking the appropriate box. We remind you that consent is free, but by not giving it, we will be unable to provide you with the requested service.
In the event that optional data is requested, you are free to refrain from communicating it, without this compromising the service or its operation.

2 – Data processing methods

The processing of personal data will be carried out with the aid of paper and IT means, also with the assistance of specifically appointed third parties, and will be carried out with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, according to the principles of lawfulness and transparency and, in any case, in in order to protect the privacy and rights of the interested party, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation.

3 – Provision of data

Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the interested party, the provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes referred to in point 1 above and therefore any refusal to provide them may determine the impossibility of INGIT SOFTWARE & CONSULTING S.R.L. to carry out the aforementioned relationships.

4 – Persons authorized to process the data and subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated

Without prejudice to communications made in compliance with legal obligations, your personal data may be communicated for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1, to:

post office or other mail delivery companies
professional firms, consultancy firms and auditing firms
public bodies only in cases where this is required by law
companies specialized in managing credit recovery services.
entities that provide services for the management of the information system

The personal data collected are also processed by the staff in charge, duly trained for this purpose, who need to have knowledge of it in carrying out their activities, as well as by persons appointed as external managers of the Company.

The updated list of any managers to whom the data is communicated is at your disposal upon request. However, personal data will not be disclosed except in the cases provided for by law.

5 – Duration of data processing and retention times

The processing and storage of your personal data will take place, in compliance with the provisions of current legislation on the matter, for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in the previous point 1 for which they are processed, done except for the ten-year term for the conservation of civil data only and the fulfillment of any other legal obligations.

6 – Rights of the interested party

In relation to your personal data processed by INGIT SOFTWARE & CONSULTING S.R.L., you are entitled to the rights conferred by the GDPR to the interested party, as indicated below:

confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed and, in this case, access to them (right of access);
the copy of the personal data that you have provided to us and transfer of the portable data directly to another owner indicated by you (right to portability);
the rectification or integration of your personal data held by the Organization (right of rectification);
the deletion of any data for which there is no longer any legal basis for processing (right to be forgotten);
the revocation of your consent, in the event that the processing is based on consent, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation (right to withdraw consent);
the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by the GDPR (right of limitation);
opposition if the processing is based on legitimate interest or is necessary for the execution of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers (right of opposition).
the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Privacy Guarantor) (right to complain).
